Youth Empowerment Lecture at Kindai University

In partnership with American Consulate General of Osaka-Kobe, KIF Chairman Shin Koyamada gave a youth empowerment lecture in English about pursuing higher education in the United States in College and University after the Patrick Linehan, an American consul general opened the welcome speech, at the English Village campus of the Kindai University in Osaka, Japan.

At the campus, there are approximately 300 undergrad university students and professors gathering to hear the personal story of Chairman Koyamada studying abroad as an international student from his hometown Okayama to Los Angeles and achieving his big dream as Hollywood actor in the United States.

Koyamada also shared youth about how important it is to get involved in volunteering to improve community and how he started his own foundation named KIF (Koyamada International Foundation) founded by him and his wife Nia Lyte in Los Angeles in 2008. He has been involved in charity activities in the United States since 2004 and shared his own volunteer experience.
