At the Colombian Embassy's Official Residence in Tokyo, Embassy of Colombia in Japan and KIF Japan (Koyamada International Foundation Japan) organized its first invitational private networking event "Colombian Night" to promote Colombian culture, economic exchanges and tourism as well as strengthen people of Japan and Colombia.
The Ambassador Roberto Velez made opening remarks welcoming both Japanese and Colombian VIP guests and addressed the importance of economic and cultural exchanges.
KIF co-founder and President and CEO Nia Lyte, originally from Colombia, made welcoming speech to the guests and thanking KIF's national board members and management team for participating the event and shared her own personal experience visiting Japan.
Following Nia, KIF Chairman Koyamada presented his own personal experience of eating Colombian foods and drinks, doing businesses in Colombia, lecturing Colombian youth students, visiting different shopping malls and traveling different cities within Colombia. Many guests had never traveled to Colombia and had wonderful opportunity to learn inside stories about visiting Colombia from Chairman Koyamada.

After greetings, everyone enjoyed exchanging business cards, networking and eating amazing real Colombian foods made by Colombian Chef and experienced Colombian culture through this event!
