Be Global ～To Succeed As A Global Citizen ～

Presented by City of Kagoshima and KIF Japan, KIF President and CEO Nia Lyte was invited to make a keynote speech about the importance of cultivating global mindset and succeed as a true global citizen before approximately 200 girls, women and students in Kagoshima, Japan.

The audience was very pleased to welcome her to Kagoshima and hear her wonderful story about moving to the United States, attending American college and working globally.

After her lecture, she joined a panel discussion with other local community leaders to exchange dialogue on a series of topics about women empowerment and youth leadership.
