Japan: Bilateral Recommendation to CULCON Japan
In Tokyo, KIF Japan Chairman Shin Koyamada and Deputy Executive Director Takato Watabe participated the meeting hosted by the CULCON Japan to present the bilateral recommendation of the United States-Japan Subnational Global Young Professionals Forum, which was hosted by KIF Japan, KIF America and Junior Chamber International (JCI) Japan. The meeting was joined by the representatives of the JCI Japan, the KIF Japan's new organizational partner in Japan. Chairman Koyamada joined via online and too some questions from the CULCON Japan Committee members about the Forum while JCI Japan representative have the presentation about the forum to them.
The U.S.-Japan Conference on Cultural and Educational Interchange (CULCON) is a binational advisory panel that serves to elevate and strengthen the vital cultural and educational foundations of the U.S.-Japan relationship, and to strengthen connections between U.S. and Japan leadership in those fields.
CULCON Japan is chaired by Japanese Ambassador Ryozo Kato and executive director by Ms. Misako Ito.
